This hotel is under renovations and should not be open. The manager is RUDE! The rooms stink and are not clean, I found pubic hair in the shower and the restroom smelled like old urine. I booked on Booking.com and the manager tried to tell me that my reservastion was wrong and when I got the CSR from Booking on the phone she told me she didn't care about my reservation and wanted me to pay the extra $20 for a 2 bed room even though my reservation was confirmed and she spoke with the Rep and seen my confirmation. I was at extended stay for almost two weeks the Asian manager lady went to evey room in morning to check noise and only threaten to call the police to black people that were noisy I spent almost $1100 and was suppose to stay until Tuesday but since I called to complain about a cockroach I killed they threaten call police and manager blamed me for it they blocked my booking.com without me knowing and forced me leave by forcing entry in my room there I smelled weed and constant screams in hallway the Caucasian owner next day m... read more
DONT STAY HERE IF YOURE COMING FOR A CONCERT!!!! Call me spoiled but this is the worst hotel I’ve stepped foot in. From confirming our reservation in the morning and being told “we’re not guaranteed a room due to renovations,” to having to pound on front door to check in because of needing a key card??
