The location is great. The property is clean & quiet, & the rooms are well kept & cozy.
They are the nicest people. They will do their best to make sure you have a wonderful stay and will make it so much easier for you.
The worst experience I've ever had by far, room was used, dirty blankets, food, dirty towels, when I came to check in after already paying $465 I was told I would not be checked in. Sleep in your car before you come here
Was nice but only for 1 night and someone had entered our room at 8am while we were still sleeping…good thing I had the door latch on. Couldn’t use the Wi-Fi because that was horrible
This is my first ever review. This hotel was the worst ive ever been in. The front desk team was amazing! BUT nothing else was. We got into the elevator and it had stained walls, floors, and smelled bad. We got to our room and the lights? Don’t work. The tub? Grimy. The microwave? Crusty, stained. The window? Opened in 90 degree heat. The cabinets? Don’t close. The carpet? Wet with mystery liquid. Needless to say we did not spend the night and booked a room in a different hotel.
