I'm just posting because of my job relocation and will need an extended stay for awhile. I love extended but after all the reviews I'm reading, Thank you for helping me make my decision to stay in Ross chester hills, still in the same area but definitely the standard extended stay and not the " Inn🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
Not sure why so many people are posting negative remarks about this place because any other place I've ever stayed at under $100 is not half as nice as this place! Plenty of fresh nice towels along with more amenities than the Hilton/ Hampton. Very quiet all night and everything was in working condition. And didn't even hesitate when I requested a couple extra towels.
This hotel is under renovations and should not be open. The manager is RUDE! The rooms stink and are not clean, I found pubic hair in the shower and the restroom smelled like old urine. I booked on Booking.com and the manager tried to tell me that my reservastion was wrong and when I got the CSR from Booking on the phone she told me she didn't care about my reservation and wanted me to pay the extra $20 for a 2 bed room even though my reservation was confirmed and she spoke with the Rep and seen my confirmation. Horrible and they harass women who stay there alone. Run as far away from this place as you can trust me
