For the time being this is where my husband and myself call home, the staff here in Cypress are amazing and the rooms are well kept. I would recommend this location to traveling family and friends.

Wow- this was not like any other extended stay we’ve been to. None of the rooms are equipped with dishes, you have to call down and tell them what you specifically need. No hangars in the “closet” and trash in the stairwells. Honestly there are other hotel options with better equipped rooms, amenities and staffing in the immediate area I’d consider even if slightly higher of a price.

I was disappointed with my stay at that location. Staff at the front desk was fine however the room was a different story. My first clue was a broken toenail on the bedside table. The sidewalk itself was dirty. Then I went into the bathroom. The water in the sink was icy cold and never got hot. The walls were dirty and the tub...well, it had a permanent rubber mat on the bottom of the tub. Liked that they offered coffee in the morning’s but the room was mid at best. Small tv and the lighting in the rooms just made everything drab.
