Really awful, accidentally booked through advance purchase and then when we had to unfortunately cancel our trip there was zero wiggle room despite talking to guest relations, the complaint department, and managers, and they still charged us nearly $1000 for the two-night, three-room stay. When it seems too cheap and good to be true it usually is. They lost me for life. See ya.

I was attacked by fleas in the first room I was assigned. The night clerk Jacob was very apologetic and gave me a room on a higher floor, but the keys hadn’t been activated. I had to go back down to have them activated. That room had mold in the bathtub which wasn’t very clean. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
