Mike was an awesome staff worker. He let me check-in early and made sure that I had a clean room. He was super friendly to me and showed me hospitality.
Front desk was extremely helpful in getting our reservation squared away and assisting with booking.com
ONLY REVIEW I HAVE DONE IN MY LIFE. GOT MY RESERVATION CANCELLED ON THE DAY I WAS CHECKING IN (TODAY) WITH NO NOTICE AND NO REASON. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Zach and his colleague Are awesome. They truly Know how to make you feel at home, every time I walk in the door they say hi, coffee in the morning gets me going for work, And not to mention, the room itself, feels luxurious, comforting, like home. I have a dog Accommodated, they have bags outside to clean up. And she felt right at home right away, The walls are very soundproof.
