Mary is an excellent employee she went above and beyond for me every single time I needed her. This review would be a more pleasant one of it wasn't towards the end of my stay. I paid to check out on the 28th and tommy the manager swore up and down I had to leave on the 27th even though I was told multiple times a week prior to check out time was on the 28th. Zero stars. This place has bed bugs, and the staff does not care about this problem. Apathetic and defensive response when shown a live bed bug on a side table in my fiancé’s room. Not mention the room and bedding was dirty.

Room is pretty dirty. Bathroom doesn't lock. Random hair found. Desk staff was nice. Check-in was quick.. Location is decent. But next time probably would pay a little extra for a cleaner experience.
I booked this hotel well in advance. Upon reaching after 6 hours of driving, the staff says there’s no room at 9:30pm !! Upon requesting to grant the room, they just straight away rejected stating no rooms. They sent to another hotel nearby which is shabby and small room with no space to sleep for 4 members!! Stay away from this hotel and not at all trustworthy!!
