I booked this hotel well in advance. Upon reaching after 6 hours of driving, the staff says there’s no room at 9:30pm !! Upon requesting to grant the room, they just straight away rejected stating no rooms. They sent to another hotel nearby which is shabby and small room with no space to sleep for 4 members!! Stay away from this hotel and not at all trustworthy!!
Upon arrival we noticed that the grass was knee high around the whole building. Halls smelled of animal urine and feces. Our room even had a used syringe under the couch. The floor was so slippery and still very dirty from previous occupants. Service was basically nonexistent.
We got BED BUG BITES after staying here. We picked this place for the free breakfast, which they didn't have any. The reservation said free, hot continental breakfast. When we checked in they said "grab-and-go" breakfast. It was a bowl of granola bars..... Dog was barking in the room next door ALL NIGHT. LIKE EVERY HOUR. 1AM. 2AM. 3AM. 4AM. The furnishings were terrible, (cheap roller office chairs were the only chairs in the room). Room was dirty - stains on the walls in the bathroom, gross stuff on the counter.
