We moved into the neighborhood about 3 weeks ago and we LOVE it here already. Of course, having chosen the newest phase & thus being in the middle of an active construction zone, it can be noisy. But we know that won't last long. These houses are selling FAST - and with good reason: we got a great house at a GREAT price.

Pulte And the employees I’ve had to deal with have lied and cheated us out of repairs they were supposed to do we’ve had nothing but problems. We’ve had to beg them to fix things that were obviously bad. There was horrible, mortar work, stains all over the front porch that they still haven’t fixed cracks in the brick work, if the house isn’t falling down, they say oh well it’s just cosmetic we won’t fix it.
