Very charming and friendly service!
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in a public place. My husband and I spent $2,000 on dinner and then were accused by the hotel owner, hotel manager, valet and chef for losing our own car keys when the hotel has a valet. After nearly an hour of searching, the staff found the key under the tire of the car and we had to push the car forward to find the key - but not before they had accused, demeaned and humiliated some of their best, most regular customers.
