The property manager Melissa had no right to terminate my family out of this apartment what she did is downright wrong I have my other half my 7 yo my 3 yo and my twin baby boys who are 6 mos old she wants to terminate us for things we did not do like littering we never littered a day in our life, and indecent exposure when my other half was picking our daughter up off of the bus and it was severely hot outside he fell down because he was dehydrated and he also is epileptic and they want to kick us out for that it’s not righ... read more
Beautiful apartments! So blessed to be here, very clean , new management! Melissa is awesome ! Maintenance man gets things done! You can hear noise but apart of apartment living , get along with most my neighbors I recommend!
I wouldn't recommend anyone to move into the 100 building. I've lived in a lot of different places around all kinds of different people never lived around such disrespectful people. Loud music that usually starts at midnight and goes until 3 or 4 in the morning. Kids screaming running up down the hallways. It's a shame cause the apartments themselves are nice. I can't speak for any of the other buildings but if you want peace and quiet or if you have to work stay away from the 100 building.
The apartments themselves are nice but the neighbors suck. Loud music all the time and the people who live above us have absolutely no consideration for the people below them. The stomping around starts around 7 in the morning and goes continuously anywhere from 9:30 to 10 pm or sometimes later.
Glass bottles busted in parking lot not homely feel. But most start out here from out of town.
