Just moved out of Homestead apartments. The apartment was very nice and the maintenance staff were quick when I called. I am giving them a lower rating because I called the office a dozen times over several months about the noise from the people above me. Either they didn't say anything to them or the people above just didn't care. I was woken up at 1am or 2am several times. The office did not enforce that rule. I even had the police go talk to them.
