Home design: Very well prepared. I gave a brief to the builder and the very firts meeting I accepted a floorplan that met all my expectations. Pre-start: Personel was very helpfull and knowledgeable. They asked the correct questions and the selection process was made within hours. 8 July 2025 update. I am waiting on an internal door handle so I can sign the final paperwork. It's been a long slow process. Do not use Homestart if you are in a rush.
so regret for dealing with this company for 3 years and they are still lying and procrastinate now I have to move out of the rental house and I don't know where to go If you want to ruin your life, deal with them
