They will not take no for an answer. Despite cancelling my estimate, I had associates show up to my door and then continue to call despite telling them I am not interested. Do not give them your number or they will harass you.
They did an excellent job on my siding. Quality products and great communication. They were not pushy or aggressive when getting the estimate like some I've dealt with. When they sent someone after installation to review, I showed him a couple small areas that needed attention, and he took care of them right away. I'm not great with names, but everyone was very professional and kind. The only con is that I wished they would have told me to remove pictures, etc from my walls, because a couple fell. We were really considering using this company to have our windows redone, until this morning. Before I continue, I will say Chandler was very knowledgeable and pleasant when he came by to give us an estimate. Our issue was with whomever called us back today to follow up. We had expressed previously that we would not be making any decisions until 2026. Whoever called us back was very rude, pushy, and asked if they could stop by again tonight to "re-run" the numbers. I met with Chandler, salesman, a few days after I requested an estimate for some new windows. He really sold the idea of HomeStars superior windows and installations. We spent a lot of time discussing their Garden window Garden window vs bay window. I chose the garden window. George came out month later to measure for my windows.
