They are difficult to reach and difficult to get information from. They recently changed their entire platform and dont know their own changes. very disorganized. We pay alof of money and cant even reach someone to talk to . called 4 times and it loops you and hangs up. Emailed twice. Their entire model is reviews, so equally their performance should also be reviewed. Companies spend alot of money on Homestars. They are not doing a good job at the moment.

They didn't have the numbers right on any of my closing disclosures they sent then backdoored me with all new closing documents while I was with the notary for closing. Very unprofessional. No apologies. Wendy, Allison and the whole team pretty much made it seem like I was the problem when I called to complain. Now I keep getting mail (2 a day) harassing me about mortgage insurance. Go with a more legit company. I've purchased multiple homes throughout my life and this was by far the most unprofessional and incompetent crew ... read more

I would not recommend Donna Mcgee at home financial corporation for the simple fact ,she doesn't follow through on what she says... My experience was with her from the get go she would tell me that she was gonna call me back and I had to call her back 2 days later and she had still not ran our credit... after her telling me our score it seemed that she didn't want to help us.. that she would have to send it Through the simulator..then called her again this time she acted like I was the problem!
