I have my monthly mortgage paymwnt set up on auto pay with Bank of America. Multiple monrha Homestar has a provlem with the auto pay. I have been on the phone with a Homestar rep and a BOA rep. Was assured that the problem was resolved. Apparently, not the case as I received another phone call today.
It was great experience, as first time home buyer. Mr. Miguel Hawkins was our loan officer, he did an excellent job, he answered all our questions, he made the process looks easy.
Everything about my experience with Ginet at homestar is 10/10.she's an amazing person , efficiently, honestly, and every single person I dealt with was amazing. I can’t imagine working with another lender for future purchases!
MLOs do not respond to emails or other inquiries. It has been well over a week and there has no progress on my loan application (neither approval nor rejection nor requests for more information).
