Bait and switch. Ordered a white pergola. End caps were tan, and they painted over them. Multiple emails have given no response as the paint has peeled. Stated they ordered new ones, but no response for a fix via email or phone. The next step will have to be Small Claims Court, I guess. Went with aluminum and a pro for a good look with no maintenance. Got neither.

I have a contract with this company signed on 7/11/2022 and gave them a deposit for $3750 for a patio cover. They promised 10-16 weeks for completion. After numerous calls for updates, still no response from them and 9 months have passed so far. Does anyone know of any class action suit against this company?

This company is a bunch of losers. Owner wanats your $$$ just so he can get materials for another job. I spent 50K. My room is still leaking. The so - called fixer has been here at our home four times. Yes.the quality sucks!!! I have pics. John Ghenes
