Possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The work was fine but not polished at all like promised. Rex specifically was horrible to work with, provided a wildly inaccurate quote and made errors with billing and threatened me with action when I was asking simple questions about elements that didn’t match up (after they’d already admitted to making errors to the tune of $300 on billing) DO NOT WORK WITH THEM
Reached out to these people, they came out very interested and eager in helping me out, then nothing … tried calling them… texting them back they responded with “we’ll get back to you tomorrow by noon…” well I got nothing … most likely I think they came over to check out my house see if it’s easy to brake in.
I called Mark about the back of our small house with a rotting back wall and shingle problem. In a very short time he came to see the damage,we talked about solving the problem and he figured an estimate. The entire procedure went very well and the work was done in a very professional manner. It was a pleasure to work with Mark and his team!
Impressed by their demonstrated professionalism that seems to rely on well-conceived systems and processes to operate their business. This helps to provide better and more reliable service, certainly a step-up from what we have experienced with other service providers in the contracting/renovation/repair space.
