Don’t show up at people’s houses on a Saturday morning asking if we want to sell our houses. It’s invasive, rude and I will call the police next time.
Tasha Pepi at Homespun is exceptional. She helped me find a home in north Asheville in 2020 and narrow it down from several neighborhoods. I was in Texas and Tasha went to many showings with her phone, sending me videos and Facetiming me to see the homes. It made the biggest difference and Tasha made herself available anytime.
