I rented from Homespot for 2 years and had a great experience. Thankful for the Homespot team!
While we rented there things was fine. When we moved in to the rental it was not nasty but was dirty and the lady in charge of the rental said that she did not see no point to clean because new renters want to clean them selves. I was fine with that because we would want to clean to our standards. All the utilities was on and we so we just had to switch to our name.
