Impossoble to get ahold of. Rarely answer the phones, and when they do, the person you want to get ahold of is not available. Try to leave a message with your name, number and topic to be discussed and they never return your call.
Wouldn't rent from them. They rent out homes with severe black mold issues and don't fix them. A friend of mine is currently in this situation also and is having the hardest time getting them to do anything about it. Its causing severe health issues and making the place inhabitable. DO NOT do any type of business with them!
If I could give less than one star I would but I can't they are lucky to even be getting any stars I have been in the same house from them for 3months and paid every payment since moving to thanks to not accepting cash I have receipts supposedly I haven't paid rent got an 3 day notice to pay or quit 2 days after paying the rent and was told to disregard it because we just paid and it was an error on their end with communication with Alyssa Currently awaiting court for all this mess

They are a sneaky slumloard company. If someone were to ask me if I would recommend going through homespot for a home my answer would be a definite no. They hide frees and don't go honestly with the money received for rent as rent then will take you to court because of it.
