We had Paul inspect a property for us in a condominium complex. He was very punctual and meticulous. He was very thorough in his explanations on anything he noticed good or bad whether minor or major concerns. He broke it down to the simplest form and made sure we understood everything before leaving. He got our report back to us within 12 hours, which was amazingly quick. We would definitely recommend and use Paul again in the future for a home inspection.
