Tom is the most professional and honest inspector I have come across in my 30 years of answering inspection reports for clients. If something is wrong with the property he will find it. He gives you a play by play analysis of every issue found on a property on a DVD so you'll know exactly what's going on with the property in real time, which is extremely helpful when negotiating with the seller. He is your ultimate partner when buying a home and his sewer scope guy has the same integrity.
I have had many home inspectors over the years and have even made the mistake of taking the inspector recommended by the agent (conflict of interest). I hired Tom because of the many outstanding reviews and he exceeded my expectations. He clearly was in it to help me make an educated decision on the quality of the house.
