Had Kelly and Jeff out to look at a 1960s home for my Mother in Law. They were extremely thorough and kind to her. They gladly addressed all her questions and concerns. They pointed out the various issues discovered and provided a well thought out logical report that will enable her to bring the home up in terms of safety and utility.
I’ve had several inspections over the years but none as thorough and informative as this dynamic duo. It’s true, you get what you pay for. They were patient and helpful, and didn’t mind us asking questions as they conducted business. They have over 60 years of experience. I like their team effort and how they each do individual inspections and then compare notes which is something I’ve never seen before.
