My wife and I reached out to HomeSource regarding new construction in Mars Hill. We were able to schedule an appointment to meet with Tim Alexander at the office on Charlotte Street. Tim went through our plans with us and walked us through the process. I was very impressed with the office and with Tim's knowledge and expertise. The team at HomeSource was outstanding. From the initial quote, through design and selections, to the final walk through they listened to my vision, carefully answered my questions and handled all concerns. They were on time, on budget and kept me apprised for the entire duration of the project. I did a total gut and reno of a kitchen and master bath and the end results are AMAZING! I would highly recommend their end to end services.
We purchased a home that was recently renovated by this company (the owners left the notebooks with the bills, receipts, etc put together by the co) and was disappointed to realize there were several issues with the quality of the work: specifically: the closet pieces were not anchored to studs in the wall. Consequently, the pieces fell down within 24 hours of hanging clothes, and took drywall down also.
