NOT A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST! One of their agents (Maria L**) worked with an buyer acquaintance of hers when she was suppose to represent the seller. She had the seller pay $77,000 in closing cost. So she was paid by the seller $9000 and worked for the buyer. Probably should be in prison for breach of contract. Can't get anybody from HOMESMART to respond to my complaint. Makes me wonder why they won't respond to my efforts to correct the contract that has multiple fraudulent charges due the seller? They are probably avoiding ... read more
