Very unprofessional experience with SVETLANA FEDOROVA at HomeSmart Real Estate Momentum. I made several attempts to inquire about a rental property and received absolutely no response or acknowledgment. Personal feelings and outside relationships should never affect professional responsibilities or client communication. Ignoring legitimate inquiries is unacceptable and reflects poorly on customer service.Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.

I received poor customer service, and the woman I spoke with was very unprofessional. The conversation felt rushed and dismissive. When I checked the reviews I saw that they were mostly bad, and that one of the few good reviews was written by an employee. If that’s not a red flag, I don’t know what is.

There is a piece of property for sale on the corner of rt 306 and 84 its been for sale forever with a realtor named XXX. I was going to buy it. 6 times I called Home Smart and XXX nobody ever returned my calls. I feel sorry for whoever listed with this unprofessional company! You can't sell anything if you don't even answer your phones. Extremely poor work ethic. Nobody wants that in a realtor! I was told that XXX just wants her sign out front for all to see. Just remember its also a sign that you can't sell a property.
