Not very professional. you would think someone in sales would understand how to treat people and not by being rude and unprofessional. That would be my opinion. There are so many other Real Estate professionals to choose if you need one. This place has bad reviews for a reason.

My mother-in-law had the pleasure (NOT) of working with Robert Ely, the agent AND the previous owner of her new house. Mr Ely made an agreement with my MIL to fix the yard, to level the area and fill in the ruts in the yard, for this damage to be properly fixed by a landscaping company. Roberts wife ending up putting a small amount of grass and soil down, nowhere near the promised landscaping fix thats in the agreement and they don't seem to care or upkeep the agreement they made!!!
