Sold and purchased home. Steve's follow through was poor, we had to contact him for every step. Major lack of communication unless we initiated it. Showed up to our new home purchase to get his name on the contract and did nothing. Just to get a paycheck. He wasn't at any of the walk through, signings or handing the keys over. We received keys from the builder. We feel like he got his paycheck and that's it. No thank you's at the end. Even our wonderful loan officer sent a card and housewarming gift. Do not recommend.
