Realtor John Ruiz has been AMAZING. He showed us multiple homes at short notice, responded to texts/calls on vacation. He connected us to Omar, an extremely helpful loan officer. John negotiated in person and got us everything we wanted when buying our new house. Additionally, he has given us a lot of advice and connected us to property management so we could rent our first house. I cannot recommend John enough. He is highly knowledgeable, has many connections, and knows a lot about all areas of Sacramento.
