Its looks like one of the 3 stooges flipped this condo. Every corner that could be cut was cut.
Betzaida Vericain is very rude, unprofessional and a derelict of her duties. She delayed the rental of the home she was representing for a month. She never even filed paperwork necessary in a timely fashion. This was due to her not reading and or understanding basic English forms. She proceeded to hand over to my broker from a whole different agency all her clients personal information. My broker had to do the work for both agents.
