Our old GE Range broke down. The tech came out within a couple of days, noted the problem When he went to order the new part he discovered the part was no longer available. We have replacement assistance so requested we receive partial payment towards a new range. We filled out the paperwork and received a check towards the new range a few days later. Very pleased with the service.
I called in on Saturday about one o'clock I was greeted by a lady that was really rude To me she could not find my account under my phone number I had to give her my old phone number Then she said I wasn't on the account and I had to get my wife on the phone to have her permission for me to talk to her about a simple question I usually call in and you guys are really good about stuff So I don't know if it was an answering service or what it was but it did not sound like home smart to me Was treated like a second class citize... read more
The technician the came out to fix my central AC was very professional and thorough and made sure everything was working good before he left. I will trust nobody else to the job but Homesmart.
Luis was very efficient and thorough with his inspection and service. He explained everything in detail and follow proper PPE protocol. Replace thermostat seems like everything is working right now. Highly recommend Luis for job well done. Bryon
