Divorce sale. Tense situation. Hakan stayed neutral, communicated clearly with both of us, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. He kept it professional, never took sides. Honestly don’t know how he managed it.
My home needed repairs before selling, but I was out of state. Hakan found contractors, supervised the work, and got everything done under budget. Listed and sold in 10 days. I never had to fly in.
We were out-of-state investors. Saw S 16th pop up. Called Hakan. He toured it for us virtually, broke down rental comps, even met with a local GC. We bought it sight unseen. Zero regrets.
