Home office for one of the best Residential Real Estate agencies in the USA.
I would not recommend using "Isaac barrea" who works out of Yuma Arizona. I was looking at one of his listings and contacted him through text for 1 simple question and he wouldn't take the "time" to answer it.....I'm a buyer in this crazy market and if this was your realtor, he would have just lost you a sale, just for being lazy.
Highly not recommended!!! Working with Raj Shah was a terrible experience. There are many terrible traps hidden in the contract. The lease is written one sided to only benefit him and he does not explain and let us know the additional fees when we asked him. For example, 1. we need to pay for the pool keys (non refundable pool key), 2. he also charges $80 co-pay for every repair (no matter what it is - he believes nothing breaks itself). 3. 3 months notice before lease ends, 4. 18% rent increase if renting month to month. 5.... read more
