Nice looking office, good structure for agents
Ben Horowitz is a terrible person.... very rude, demanding. Clearly only out for himself. YOU KNOW THIS IS A PEOPLE BUSINESS!!!! He only wants your commission and could care less about you
I was really impressed with Maribel's level of knowledge. Maribel Chacon-Torres made the process easy and simple. I am thankful for all her help. Maribel was always available for my questions and concerns. Her responsiveness was incredible and thanks to her, we are now Home Owners!!! YAY!!! Do not hire this firm. I would leave negative five stars if I could. They were the sellers broker for a home I bought last year. The home is a lemon. They failed to check paperwork that would have stopped the deal. They failed to disclose it was being sold as is and failed to properly look over paperwork during the process. The lack of paperwork checking meant serious issues that affect the home's livability weren't found. Had I known it was as is I would have walked. They only want to collect a commission check.
