Our inspector Scott was already underway starting with the exterior inspection when we arrived 5 minutes early! He took pictures of everything with inserted arrows highlighting the exact finding. He was very thorough throughout the 3.5 hour inspection. I very much appreciated him pausing his work to point out and explain the issues that he saw.
