Dustin our inspector did a great job, he was friendly, helpful and made the whole process easy and comfortable! I highly recommend anyone work with them if they have the chance.
We had a home inspection in June 2024 as required by the VA, and it passed with minor things annotated. However, I now question the thoroughness of that inspection. We closed on the house in August 2024, and with little to no rain until that following November, there were no obvious concerns. But after three days of continuous rain, I discovered leaks coming through three front-facing windows.
