We had Ryan for our inspection and he was great! My husband and I are first time home buyers so we (myself especially) were a little nervous going into the inspection. Ryan was super friendly and informative! He was very patient with any questions we had and explained everything so well.
This was a great experience. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and would explain concerns he found. I received my report quickly (same day). The report is easy to read and understand. He included pictures for each issue. This is our 4th home purchase and have used other home inspectors previously. My realtor suggested this company, and I'm glad that he did! The inspection only took about 2 hours. The inspector was really thorough, and really knew his stuff! At the end of the inspection, he gave me a summary of what he saw, which was really nice. The inspection report was very detailed, with pictures and videos illustrating what he had found. His attention to detail allowed me to get significant concessions from the seller regarding items not disclosed on the condition report - super thankful for that!
