Our inspector Scott was already underway starting with the exterior inspection when we arrived 5 minutes early! He took pictures of everything with inserted arrows highlighting the exact finding. He was very thorough throughout the 3.5 hour inspection. I very much appreciated him pausing his work to point out and explain the issues that he saw. Highly recommended for new home inspection. They did not disappoint, we were fortunate enough to have , Dave the owner of Homesight Inc. Dave comes with 28 years of experience. Not only was he thorough , but also took the time to explain and answer our many questions. Took pictures, of items we could not see. Pointed out items that needed updating or repair. Scott and Justin completed our inspection and were very thorough. They took their time inspecting the house and took many reference photos. After each floor they went through all of the photos with us and explained why they noted it. They were very friendly and were happy to answer any questions we had. Homesight Inc has been incredibly detailed in their report. When working with older homes in Milwaukee it requires this kind of details. Right from the first call, the process has been smooth, service has been excellent and the inspector was incredible with his details and explaining it to me. I recently had a terrible experience with another highly rated home inspection company, created a wrong report, did poor job in explaining it to me and cost me about the same as Homesight.
