Abraham communicated with me the day before his visit as well as the day of with estimated arrival time. He was prompt and explained the whole process before he started. Very pleased with the service.
Unethical. Unqualified. Fraudulent. Exterminator treated our property on 7/29 - he drilled into a water + gas line which required that all service be shut off and an emergency plumber be dispatched. The Field Supervisor confirmed with his boss that we should have our plumber come out to make the repairs and that they would reimburse. Correcting this mistake cost us almost $4k and involved trenching, new piping, rerouting and additional concrete work to repair once the job was completed.
