I made an appt to have service done on Friday. After waiting the 4 hour window, I called them and was told the truck had some flat tires. I rescheduled for the next day, Saturday, and yet again waited the 4 hour window. No one called. No text messages. If their service is a reflection scheduling, then it's not for me.
