I have been a customer of HomeShield for years and their pest control services have been satisfactory, until I had a real problem. Their response has been slow, ineffective, unorganized, and extremely disappointing. I first reported a rodent issue more than a month ago. UPDATE 8/13/2026 Michael B. used to service our property, then he was promoted to management—CONGRATULATIONS MICHAEL! After that, someone by the name of Matthew came.
