The first time they came to the house the technician Bronson came to inspection the house for our rodent problem. I explain to the tech I'm hearing rodents in the attic and seeing them in the kitchen. The tech barely looked in the attic and set 2 traps (he didn't even go to inspect the problem areas in the attic since the area I pointed out was nowhere visible from the attic access). Great company! Abraham the technician is friendly and always communicates when he is coming to do the service well in advance. The work is always tthorough and we've had no ant or bug issues since we switched to their monthly nearly 2 years ago.
Our technician Abraham is very thorough, communicative, and knowledgable! He takes good care of our home and we always appreciate the heads up texts the day before and the day of service so we know exactly when to expect his arrival. Homeshield's office is always helpful and responsive as well.
