Like so many others here, I wish so much I could leave 0 stars. I have literally nothing good to say about this business. Here's my story. We found the business on Groupon for gutter cleaning. We bought the Groupon and then, as the voucher required, called to make an appointment. The appointment was for 10-12 on 11/21. We then called back to request a certificate of insurance. Cancelled one appointment then didn’t show up or call for the rescheduled appointment. Now they will not answer my calls. Do not trust this company they have horrible customer service
We purchased a Groupon for three rooms and a hallway so we can have one large room cleaned. The technician who showed up attempted to upsell (the Groupon was $55 and he told me that the carpet needed "deep cleaning" and he can do it for an additional $80) After I told him that I'd like to stick with the original purchase he hooked up his machine, dragged the brush around for about 10 minutes, told me that's all he can do for me and nothing else can be done and left. I just had our carpet cleaned and had the worst experience ever with any company technician. His name is Antoine Clark. He was rude he turned on the vacuum cleaner when I asked him to turn it off when I needed to speak with his supervisor. When it came to pay I chose the cash option but did not have exact change (how could I when I wasn't given a total prior the visit) Antoine told me it is my responsibility to have exact cash.
