Was very pleased with me recent services from Home Serve. I was able to make an appointment easily, and they were on time and kept me informed of when they were coming. Michael was the tech who responded, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the situation, my a/c needed freon, and returned the following day to add the freon. Very organized and pleasant. I am very glad I have this heating and a/c coverage.

When contacting Staten Island office the response to my problems are dealt with immediately. They sent out a team maintenance service person (Derek). He installed necessary new part and verified our ductless a/c is working properly. He was very professional and explained to me any question I asked. The service was the BEST.
