We have dealt with HomeServe for close to 10 years having had contracts covering both our heating/hot water systems and our air conditioning system. I cannot speak more highly of them. Their technicians are excellent. People are available in emergencies and for routine maintenance. (We have had both!) They arrive on time, diagnose the problem, and have the parts for the repair or get them promptly. Their technicians are pleasant and trustworthy. I recommend them highly. I use Homeserve for my heating and cooling systems. The service is excellent, and I've had occaisions to require service to both systems. The price can't be beat and the service/expertise is, in my experience, great. Can't go wrong and having the contracts saves money compared to calling a local repair shop.

I have the heating and cooling plus plans from HomeserveUSA for past many years. I had to replace my hot water heater since it developed a leak near the pressure release valve and the hot water heater was about 15 years old. Since I was having the maintenance plans with HomeserveUSA i was able to get an appointment fast. The technician came and removed the old water heater and replaced it with a new one (A O Smith brand). I am very happy about the service that they have provided. Outstanding service! Unfortunately I have had several problems with a new energy efficient heating system with countless technicians unable to identify the multitude problems I’ve had with it over the last 4 year. Thank God for Home Serve and their technicians! Particularly Navjot, Mark and Joseph. The best of the best at what they do. Forever grateful to them.
