Soon after renting out an investment property to tenants in West Hartford, the basement flooded - and a few days before Christmas at that! Niko and his team did excellent work for my house. updates: leveled out the flooring with new subflooring, installed new laminate flooring throughout the house, new stairs, new windows, fesh paint throughout, new front & back storm doors, new exterior back door, new insulation with moisture barrier in the basement, serviced heating system, new sump pump.
