The staff at this location is unbelievably rude. This has been an issue for awhile. Richie at the register has been rude and actually goes out of his way to try to make you feel uncomfortable. This happened tonight and has happened 2 other times when I have had him check me out. Google reviews are full of people complaining about the management and staff. As a business owner I got to say, one of the worse experiences with a business! The online profile says they closes at 11:00 pm, I came to the store… after calling the store only for someone to keep picking up and putting it back on hold without saying a word. I get there the store closes at 9:30 pm according to the window sign. Sales associate setting in on of the chairs at the door doesn’t look or acknowledge me in any kind of way. Yeah a this is a first impression that I will, to get a second impression from.
I really don’t think that people like working here. At least not the people who put things out on the floor. They blocked the isles. You can’t get to merchandise because they don’t move out of the way and they don’t say anything to you. Kind of rude. Then getting up to the register, the price tag is not scanning.
