Today I visited this store I liked one show piece which had no tags then I asked in counter they said around 49 dollars, I left that piece there, meanwhile my husband found same piece with tag which had price 20, when I went to counter again they didn’t sell it , they said that price tag is wrong and the actual price should be 49 . A lady in counter told the salesman to give that to me as I found that but the salesman didn’t give me, and his reaction was very bad, I did expect homesense to behave like this . Highly unprofessional and discourteous customer service. Very disappointed in this store. Very unlikely for me to return as the store manager made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
This store is so well organized and bright. Definitely my fav thing to peruse the aisles.
Went in to look around, some cute items. The store was busy enough. They seemed to be making re arrangements, uboats in the way. As I made my way through, a gentleman ( management) approach me. Asking if, he "could take anything to the front." Having worked in retail before I understand this code as, " I'm watching you, don't steal." I assure you I have no interest in stealing, let alone items that are a" fancier" Five Below ( I love 5 below). Be careful - The retail workers there are highly discriminatory. If it doesn’t bother you, than fine. But I’ve seen it several times and I’ve also experienced it. It’s always baffles me when they act as they are above the customers. It’s HOMESENSE. Not buckingham palace. All in all I still buy what I want and shop how I pls.
