Rhonda was incredibly rude to my children and I today. The person on the sales floor informed me that the checkout would be able to assist me with getting a couple dollars off of each of my planters (scratches on both). After taking both of my small children shopping for an hour we finally went to checkout $167 worth of items. Of course, I checked out and forgot to ask for the small deductions on the planters, so, the cashier said that Rhonda could assist. All I have to say is if the tall man with the accent was one of my employees and treated me the way he treated customers and the poor woman at the cash register? I would fire him! I literally just left 15 minutes ago and he was rude, abrupt and aggressive. I feel terrible for anybody that has to work with and report to him. Management? You’ve got a serious issue on your hands. I will never set foot in that store again not worth it.
Too crowded, people and merchandise. Checkout line too long. I had to leave my choices because the check out was too slow.
