Looking for bad customer service? This is the place for you. The manager (Kelly)by far the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. So rude and full of attitude.Returns are a big hassle here. You go to the other locations and you can feel the difference. First time having a bad experience at Homesense. Worst customer service.At least address the issue.Loyalty means absolutely nothing here.Would never ever go back to this store!!! The manager needs to learn how to treat the customers!!!
What I find perplexing about this place is that they sell products at a reduced price, but the products are not always worth the price. Many of the products are damaged or scratched, and they’ll offer to deduct $2 from the price, as if they’re doing you a favor. They charge $20 for two small books. They insist on you signing up for their credit card, but when I had it, there were always something type of hidden fees. When I called the company to inquire, they provided an absurd excuse that made no sense. Very shady company.
OMG This place is phenomenal! Gorgeous Furniture, household decor, etc so many fabulous deals! My favorite place to shop. 😁 & All the staff is so friendly... 👍
