Wouldn’t recommend trying to deal with these people…messed us around for 4 weeks with drawings, promises, and wait and sees. Then jerked our feet out from under us and wouldn’t build the house on the lot we wanted…maybe just didn’t have the control they thought they did but I would avoid using them or going thru them to try to buy or build a house at Harbor Village!! Worked out great for us in the end though..we got a nicer house, bigger and flatter lot, bonus features, etc and didn’t have to deal with them and their excuses... read more

We have used Ron and Deb since 2014 when we initially sold our house. Since then, they have been our realtor for a few sales and purchases. They are very knowledgeable about the market and will ensure that you get top dollar for the sale. They will make sure that the buying process is easy and ensure that you get your moneys worth.
