I called yesterday about the Home Inspection I received on 10/11/13 by Mr. Ray S****** and left a message. I am a little concerned that I did not receive a return call. My issue: I recently had a *********** **** ******* man check my attic. He informed my wife and I that we had dampness and black mold growing. As a Realtor I always know that when my clients chose HomeScan that it will be a very detailed inspection and also well communicated. Often times other home inspectors make big deals out of very minor issues to cover their own liability... which can cause deals to fall a part. They will let you know if an issue is an immediate fix, something to take care of soon, or something down the road when you have the extra money. Highly recommended.
