Great company! The owner Jake and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning out our dryer vent and fixing other problems related to our inefficient dryer vent. The staff was very courteous, prompt and kind. They kept me in the loop on all that they needed to do. They worked hard and had fair prices. I had Home Safe Dryer Vent Cleaning out to clean my vent hood as a result of my noticeable increase in drying time. I have recently moved to a new house and after hooking up my dryer, I noticed that my dry times were 3 times longer than before (up to 3 hours to dry a load). Very nice and professional owner and employee. Inspection is free and they show you what your vent looks like. No pressure for sale and my laundry room was cleaner after they left that is was when they arrived. Also note that this is a locally owned christian company where the owner is who you talk to and who arrives to work. They arrived on time and price estimate given over the phone was exactly what was charged.
