This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a rental home/company. When we first rented a house from them we were never told about a rat, *****, and horse fly infestation the house had. In the heat of the summer I was pregnant and our AC went out. It took them almost 3 months to fully repair it. We caught 3 HUGE rats in our home, they had chewed wires, our dog food, got into our shelving and the walls of the house. After our ************ house was poorly repaired for a water leak when we moved in (2013), it slowly deteriorated the washing room drywall and created black mold and leakage to the master bedroom into the carpet that was noticed in (2015). When asking for accommodations for an offsite stay (motel or hotel) during the repair, we were yelled at, threatened with legal action and berated.Stay away from this ***. Their house poisoned me two times and there was a mold outbreak and they expected me to live in it while they sprayed toxic chemicals in the walls and dug out the mold. When I refused to stay there and live in that situation that I did not cause and they admitted I did not cause, they still took my security deposit. I had to leave the last lease 4 months early for my health and safety. They don't care about me apparently, they just wanted my money. Homes 4 Lease uses Freddy's Lawn Service. Freddy's like to block driveways for hours while they trim tree limbs to dump into neighbors backyard and used their blower to blow all the grass clippings into neighbors backyard and driveway. Blocking driveways and Littering are illegal. Nobody ask for your illegal services. Quit disturbing the peace.

We rented a home thru Homes4Lease (Chadd) and have had a great experience thus far. I had one issue so far and Donna was prompt and courteous taking care of it. I have received several follow up emails to see how things were going. I recommend Homes4Lease ! Dusty

When I moved into the rental house that had a built in microwave that didn’t work and was filthy! The dishwasher was unusable due to corroding and rust. The owner left numerous items in the home that took up a lot of space that I had to get rid of, and personal items I had to deliver to the Homes4lease office. The owner left a large amount of yard equipment in the garage including a huge mower and weed eater. This took up a lot of space that I needed for my own storage. I am reading several reviews on this business and it seems like the bottom line is people haven't ready or understood their contracts. We rented a home through Homes4lease and were extremely satisfied with the customer service as well as them addressing any concerns or repairs that we had. We understood that sometimes they needed to wait on an owner to get approval on proceeding with some of the work. As someone whom leased a home through this company, my experience was outstanding. They fulfilled all requirements in the contract expeditiously. The 10 yr old water heater rusted through and leaked, and their contracted plumber installed a new one the next day at zero charge to me. Similar experience when they fixed the air conditioning unit and the brick mailbox when a random drive hit it overnight; both were prompt responses with no charges as the renter.
