Gentleman called me to ask me if I owned the property in question. I said I did .. he had my gender wrong. Asked me if I'd like to sell. I told him, if he'd like to call me in about 30 years, I would be looking to sell then. He disregarded what I said and asked for 30 seconds of my time to make me an offer. I declined. Honestly, I got a VERY strong scam vibe from this guy.... I asked him to take me off their list. I hope they do....getting VERY OLD
