Deb and Jerry did a great job selling my home fast! In just a few days on the market we received an offer $15k over our asking price. So, at first I thought "what's a reduced commission real estate agent all about and what is different from other agents"? Honestly, I received the same, if not better, level of service as other agents I have used in the past... and all at cheaper commission! There is no difference, just a better experience.
