I would recommend Debbie Harr to anyone! She gave me great advice on how my home should be presented and Jerry Harr provided comps in our area to decide on the right price for our home. During the 30 day process she kept us up to date on exactly where we were throughout the whole journey of selling our home. My house sold the very next day! This was my first time selling a house and I must say that Deb and Jerry made the experience very smooth and worry free. I am very excited about the outcome. My house was listed in the afternoon on a Saturday and sold the very next day for well above asking price. I followed their recommendations and I believe that’s what got us top dollar. There was always a high level of communication with what was going on which is very important with such a critical transaction.
