Renee and Jacob at Homes on the Lake Realty, LLC worked with me on my property at Little Elm. They both detailed oriented, Nice and patience. Also responded very quick to all my inquiries and questions. My property was rented out in two weeks. I am really appreciate what they did. Renee is a very nice and personable agent. She relies on the automated system to show the home, and collect feedback. If you're looking for someone to let the technology do it's thing, she's the agent for you. Our experience, was that we had to ask for feedback on a showing or often, we wouldn't receive any. Renee was over an hour late to the first open house she scheduled for our home, didn't show up to the second one, sent some other agent, from a different company with out notifying us.
