I would just like to say Holmes of 21st-century really took care of me and my family. I bought my house in 2017. I was able to choose everything that I wanted colors carpeting tile paint fixtures everything and I’m loving it to this day. I really appreciate the builders of homes of 21st century, they got my vote. Thank you, Larry.

Bought a brand new house built by him and horrible job done. Had a leak caulked up the upstairs bathroom believe that was the problem for that one. Not even a year there yet. 5 years down the road had a really bad leak because the ac was installed wrong and been leaking the whole time since I bought the house. Said the warranty only covered it for a year, I wonder why that may be. Re caulked both bathrooms ourselves. Door handles always get loose even after tightening them.
